Project Description:

The project involves the refurbishment of base building and full integrated fit out for the Ku-ring-gai Council administrative offices (NLA 7,500sqm).

This project seamlessly integrates sustainability, providing added value to the project.

Viridis Roles & Responsibilities:

Viridis are contracted as Project Managers, integrating Post Occupancy and Building Performance Evaluation, and ESD into the project. Viridis provide management services for the review and development of concept and detailed design documentation, contract documents and tender selection for design construction, and act as Superintendent’s Representative.
